I called Ted on a Tuesday evening as I noticed my water heater was on its way out (16 years in service). I will admit I was somewhat skeptical since I am a handyman and typically save on labor for home repairs, but plumbing is not something I dabble too much in and when it comes to this replacement I wanted someone who knows what they are doing. I am glad I chose to go with Ted as he was not only very reasonably priced, but also very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He came the very next day and replaced the water heater and I couldn’t be happier with his work. I would recommend anyone in the area to use his service and now I have a plumber to call for all future jobs I may need.

Ted deserves more than 5 stars. Came in the fixed my hot water heater, when many other companies were trying to make me change the whole unit, (charge me $1000’s). Ted came, explained everything, gave me a fair quote, and completed the job, in an all very fair manor. Honest, fast, friendly service. Definitely earned me as a customer. 5 stars, highly recommend for any plumbing work.
